Gold Rush is our first West Coast IPA weighing in at a respectable 6.9% ABV. It has a nice thick white head that clings to the side of the glass nicely. The hops come through first with flavours of pine, grapefruit and dried orange peel. There's a nice biscuity malt character, a moderate bitterness and a nice dry finish.
